Instructions
for Applying for Financial Aid:
- Applications (Student Aid
Forms) are available in our office and can also be filed
online at www.psas.org.
If you mail your Student Aid Form to PSAS, mail to:

Student Aid Forms are
available by clicking HERE.
- The deadline for PSAS to receive Student Aid Forms is May
15, 2009. Applications that are received after this date
or are incomplete will not be processed.
- The Student Aid Form is very
clear and self-explanatory.
You can contact PSAS at 440-892-4272, ext. 202, with
any questions you may have.
The website, www.psas.org,
is also a useful resource in completing the Student Aid
Form.
- Your Student Aid Form must
be accompanied by your 2008 IRS tax forms as filed with the
IRS. The Student
Aid Form includes specific information about documentation
that must accompany the application.
- There is a $21.00 processing
fee per application, payable by check or money order to
Private School Aid Service, and must accompany your Student
Aid Form. Only
one application is needed per family, regardless of the
number of children enrolled at CSS.
