Instructions
for Applying for Financial Aid:
- Applications
(Student Aid Forms) are available at the school office
Applications (Student Aid Forms) can also be filed
online at www.psas.org.
- The
deadline for PSAS to receive Student Aid Forms is
April 18, 2008. Applications that are received after
this date or are incomplete will not be processed.
- The
Student Aid Form is very clear and self-explanatory.
PSAS has a toll free number, 1-800-722-2577, and can
answer any questions you may have.
The website, www.psas.org,
is also a useful resource in completing the Student Aid
Form.
- Your
Student Aid Form must be accompanied by your 2007 IRS tax
forms as filed with the IRS.
The Student Aid Form includes specific information
about documentation that must accompany the application.
- There
is a $20.00 processing fee per application, payable by check
or money order to Private School Aid Service.
Only one application is needed per family, regardless
of the number of children enrolled at CSS.
