Come along on a journey through third grade. 

The Social Studies curriculum is based on communities. We learn about different types of communities and how things both positively and negatively affect the communities. 

Science is based on plants and animals. There is also a unit on changes in the Earth and weather types. We learn about the phases of the moon and the solar system.

The Language Arts block is about theme related stories that deal with fiction, non-fiction, fact, and fantasy. The children learn how to formulate paragraph through different types of sentences and proper parts of speech.

Math is made up of problem solving, graphing, multiplication, division, fractions, and regrouping.
